This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the civil complaint lodged by the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard Mr.G.Karuppasamy Pandiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Durai Pandian, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

4. In this circumstances, this Court directs the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed, accordingly.
