The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2017.

2.The petitioner is an unfortunate victim of a wrong diagnosis by the fifth respondent. If that be so, it is open to the petitioner to make his claim for damages in civil law and police action is not the remedy. I am, therefore, not inclined to allow the Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed accordingly.
