ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's father Thiru.V.Ellappan was murdered. All that the petitioner seeks is issuance of death certificate. This Court had directed the first respondent to issue death certificate. Unfortunately, while issuing the certificate the basic particulars have not been filled up. Therefore, this writ petition has been filed for reissuance of death certificate by filing up necessary particulars and for uploading the same in the corporation website. No exception can be taken to the said request. The first respondent is directed to reissue the death certificate by filing up the names of the parents of the deceased. The petitioner however has to submit necessary documents in support of the same. Thereafter, the reissuance of death certificate was also be uploaded in the corporation website. This writ petition is allowed on these terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
