This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register the F.I.R. on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.03.2015 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that petition enquiry is pending and the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation.

3. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
