The petitioner appears to have given a cheque to one Sivaraman. Apprehending that his cheque may be misused, he gave a complaint before the first respondent. The first respondent has not taken any action and hence, the present petition has been filed. 2.I am of the view that the drawer of the cheque, the petitioner herein, in order to avoid the consequences that may flow out of dishonor of the cheque issued by him, has come up with this complaint.
