Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint, dated 27.05.2014 given by the petitioner against the accused namely Malaitandi, Selvam, Wife of both persons, Mani and Senthil Kumar.

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint, dated 27.05.2014 given by the petitioner against the accused. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions would submit that no petition is pending before the second respondent police.

3.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 09.07.2015, along with a copy of the complaint, dated 27.05.2014. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and also directed to register F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
