Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.OP.(MD).No.195 of 2026 dated 07.01.2026 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.95 of 2026, dated 07.01.2026.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for nearly 16 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 16 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.195 of 2026 dated 07.01.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
