ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned summon in M.C.No.106 of 2021, dated 04.02.2022 issued by the first respondent, thereby, issue show cause notice by the first respondent to the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the period of one year.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that on receipt of the same, the petitioner appeared on 10.02.2022 and also executed a bond.
