ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD). No. 226 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026.

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 39 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions for 39 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.226 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.226 of 2026 dated 08.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 20-02-2026 jbr To
