ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was a history sheeter and therefore, supervision is being conducted by the respondents. He would further submit that the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

5.It is made clear that the supervision shall be shadowy and shall not affect the dignity of the petitioner, especially when he is stated to be living in an apartment.
