ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of Mr.P.EDWIN BROUGH, Advocate for R1 in all the petitions,the court made the following order:-
Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 420,420 and 643 days are condoned.
These petitions are allowed with cost of Rs.500/- each to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of one week form today.
The Registry is directed to number the appeals and post the same on 12.02.2019.
