PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned rejection order passed by the first respondent vide his proceeding in Na.Ka.No.12/DSPOMK/MIKE/2020, dated 05.03.2020 quash the same and further direct the first respondent to give permission to the petitioner to conduct the public meeting in commemoration of Bagathsingh's death anniversary at Narasingam Road, Y.Othakadai, Madurai District on 23.03.2020 between 06.00 p.m to 09.30 p.m.
