: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 17.02.2019 filed by the petitioner and issue Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate by considering the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.6689/2017/H1 and Na.Ka.No.14463/2016/H1 dated 15.11.2018 as per the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Order (Amendment) Act, 1976.

ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by him as early as on 17.02.2019 as against the order of the second respondent dated 07.11.2016 is yet to be disposed of by the first respondent, notwithstanding the representation sent by the petitioner dated 05.10.2019.

W.P.(MD)No.6006 of 2021 been filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
