PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 31.03.2015, investigate into the same in accordance with law and file a final report within a reasonable time.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 31.03.2015, investigate into the same in accordance with law and file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner/defacto complainant is not co-operating with enquiry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry.

4. Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 11.05.2015 and produce relevant documents apart from his statement and co-operate with the enquiry. Thereafter, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
