ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of suspension dated 28.02.2020 passed by the first respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner died on 12.08.2021. He has also produced a copy of the death certificate before this Court.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. It is always open to the legal heirs of the deceased to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
