ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that his brother was assaulted and his family members are victims. Though there was a theft of "Swift Dzire" Maruthi Car, the respondent police have not taken into consideration the theft of the car, in their proceedings. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner wants the respondent police to register a fresh First Information Report.
2.The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that alteration report will be filed by including the theft of the car. Taking note of the said submission, the criminal original petition is ordered.
