This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 &2.

3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner herein is shown as an accused in Crime No.386 of 2017 for the offence under Section 506(i) and 420 IPC.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is a Government servant and she has been harassed by the second respondent under the guise of enquiry, in order to settle the claim of the third respondent herein. Merely because the petitioner is a Government Servant, she could not be used as leverage to settle the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent's claim.
