PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.316 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal. The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.316 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same as illegal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.334 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
