Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 188 and 160 of IPC in Crime No.53 of 2016, seek anticipatory bail.
2. According to the petitioner, the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.115 of 2016, dated 25.05.2016. The petitioners could not arrange the sureties and hence, they filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.10785 of 2016 before this Court and the same was dismissed by this Court on 30.06.2016.
3. At the time of hearing Crl.O.P(MD).No.10785 of 2016, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that suppressing the fact the petitioners have granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P (MD).No.115 of 2016 before the Sessions Court, they have approached https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
this Court for anticipatory bail and hence, the said Crl.O.P was dismissed on 30.06.2016.
4. Considering the fact the the petitioners did not suppress any fact, but, have obtained anticipatory bail before the Sessions Court and did not furnish the sureties, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
