The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to register the case pursuant to the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kovilpatti in Cr.M.P.No.7162 of 2017 dated 28.09.2017.

2.The petitioner is having a dispute with few others with regard to the temple administration. In this regard, he has already moved the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate. It is for the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the very same Judicial Magistrate. At this juncture, this criminal original petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
