ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Veerapandi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Aasha, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.45 of 2022, dated 14.02.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. Now, he is unable to comply with the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.45 of 2022, dated 14.02.2022 is relaxed in toto.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
