ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned summon in M.C.No.17 of 2022, dated 04.02.2022 issued by the first respondent and thereby, issuing a show cause notice to the petitioner as to why he should not execute a bond for a period of one year under Section 110 Cr.P.C for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only).
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is having 10 previous cases and he is a habitual offender. He is also a history sheeter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Further, a perusal of the show cause notice issued under Section 111 Cr.P.C shows that after considering the substance of materials received from the second respondent and after applying its mind, the impugned order came to be passed. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the first respondent.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
