O R D E R

Though this Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of investigation, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that the petitioner being an accused, he cannot take out a petition for transfer. He stated that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given for filing of final report.

2. This Court, therefore, directs the second respondent police to file final report in Crime No.686 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
