ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. There is no dispute that the second respondent had passed an order dated 29.05.2018 in favour of the writ petitioner. The said order has not been put to challenge. It appears to have become final. Therefore, the fourth respondent is consequently bound by the same. The fourth respondent shall restore the petitioner's name in the petition mentioned property in respect of the petition mentioned land forthwith and without any delay.

3. This writ petition is allowed. No costs.
