(in all W.Ps.) Additional Government Pleader COMMON ORDER The writ petitioners are members of the third respondent Society. They had availed loan from the said society. There was a tripartite arrangement involving the petitioners, Management of the Society and the employer. It appears that the tripartite arrangement was not implemented from 2003 onwards. The petitioners are now attaining the age of superannuation. They will have to get "no due certificate" from the Society. Therefore, in this regard, a dispute has arisen between the petitioners on the one hand and the Management of the society on the other.
2.I am of the view that this issue can be given quietus in terms of Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act, 1993 by the second respondent herein. Considering the urgency expressed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to treat the representations submitted by the petitioners as petitions under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act, 1993 and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
