ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.2, arrested by the respondent police on 23.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C altered into 302 of I.P.C and then altered into 302, 379 and 201 of I.P.C, in Crime No.46 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence and prays for bail in favour of the petitioner. He has further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for the past 50 days. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that investigation is almost over.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the long period of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
