This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file Charge sheet in Crime No.546 of 2015 on the file of the Respondent Police within the time limit.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within two months.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.546 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
