ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 462,427 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.232 of 2012 in C.C.No.60 of 2013, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that due to absence of the petitioners for one hearing on 15.03.2016, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners and hence, the petitioners may be directed to approach the Court for recalling the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ warrant.

4. Considering the fact that non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners for their absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District, and to file a petition for recalling the warrant and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District, is directed to consider the same on the same day and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.
