This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute.

2. Heard Mr.R.Udhayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Durai Pandian, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

3. A reading of the petition and the enclosed materials in the typed set of papers would show that the petitioner is having a civil dispute with the third respondent. The grievance of the petitioners is that the second respondent is harassing them at the instance of the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.
