This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.387 of 2011. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, enquiry was conducted and 'action dropped' report has been submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in Crime No.387 of 2011 and the same is pending before the aforesaid Judicial Magistrate Court. The RCS notice is also pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam.
