: Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily, thereby preventing the petitioner to lead a peaceful life in his village at Alwar Thirunagari along with petitioner's aged mother. For Petitioner : Mr.S.R.Anbarasu For Respondents : Mr.K.S.Durai Pandian, Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

The petitioner's case is that he is a former convict who has reformed himself completely. It is his grievance that he is being harassed by the second and third respondents. He has therefore come to this Court for directing them not to harass him. This Court can only direct the second and third respondents to follow due process of law while dealing with the petitioner.
