This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court) Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the petitioner in connection with the FIR in Crime No.319 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2.The petitioner is shown as accused in Crime No.319 of 2017 for alleged offences under Sections 147, 341, 294(b),352, 506(i) of IPC read with Sections 3(1)(r), (s) and 3(2)(va) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015, and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act.

3.This Court directs the petitioner to surrender before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court) Tirunelveli on 10.11.2017 and on such surrender the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court) Tirunelveli, is directed to consider the bail petition filed by the petitioner and dispose of on the same day, on merits and in accordance with law.

4.The learned counsel for the de-facto complainant is present before this Court and notice is given to the de-facto complainant right now.
