The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.10.2017.

2.A reading of the complaint would show that there is a dispute regarding chit claim between the petitioner's family and one chit company. No offence is made out. Therefore, I am not inclined to allow this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
