This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.190 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.190 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, which was taken on file in S.T.C.No.518 of 2021 and the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.
