For Petitioner : Mr.R.Surya Prakash For Respondents : Mr.R.Suresh Kumar Government Advocate O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her parents under the guise of enquiry in connection with Crime No.48 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent police by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2023. 2.The case of the petitioner is that under the guise of enquiry, the third respondent went to the petitioner's house in odd hours to find out whereabouts of her husband. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner does not know about the whereabouts of her husband.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's husband was involved in criminal case in Crime No.48 of 2023 for the offences under Section 147, 148, 448, 302 and 109 of IPC and sections 3(2)(v) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015, on that ground the respondent police went to the petitioner's house to know whereabouts of her husband. 2/5

4. What ever it may be, the petitioner's husband involved in criminal case, on that ground, the police team went to the petitioner's house. Considering the above facts and the circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to share the information available with her with regard to her husband with the third respondent police. The respondent should not go to the petitioner's house in the odd hours. If any necessary, the investigating officer shall send summon to her and under take proper proceedings.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
