ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the second respondent to register the case under Sections 403, 409, 420, 465 and 477(A) of IPC on the basis of the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 21.3.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint of the Petitioner and the same was closed.

4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
