O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a final report in crime no.37 of 2019 on the file of the respondent, within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.37 of 2019, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 477 IPC.

3.Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of two years, there is no progress and the case is kept pending, hence, seeks direction.

4.Considering the genuineness of the claim, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of five months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order, since the quash petition filed by the accused, came to be dismissed on 23.02.2019.
