ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 25.11.2020 in LDR No.ID594202000463.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner lost the original document of partition deed dated 24.06.1979 at the time of taking Xerox and he had given an online complaint to the respondents on 25.11.2020 in LDR No.ID594202000463 as well as he had given the complaint in person. After receiving the complaint, the second respondent has not taken any action. Hence, this petition.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), there is an oral direction from the Higher Official that in respect of the complaint over missing of document, Missing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.6227 of 2021 Document Certificate should not be issued mechanically. So, they have to undertake proper enquiry.

4.In these circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate order as per the law, within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
