This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 10.09.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instruction would submit that the petitioner's complaint is now pending before the Thenkarai Police Station, Theni District.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the Inspector of Police, Thenkarai Police Station to conclude the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above observation.
