ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the official respondents.

2.The petitioners filed W.P(MD)No.27242 of 2023. The issue pertains to Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908. This Court vide 2/4

order dated 15.11.2023 granted injunction as prayed for. The scope of the injunction application was regarding registration of documents and nothing else.

3.The learned Additional Advocate General categorically asserts that the interim order granted by this Court is complied with letter and spirit. In fact, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is also not able to demonstrate as to how the interim order of this Court has been contravened. He alleges that the private parties are putting up construction in the disputed land. That would be a different cause of action altogether.

4.The construction being put up by the private respondents cannot even if illegally done will not constitute a breach of the interim order of this Court. This contempt petition is closed. 11.03.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No NCC : Yes / No MGA 3/4
