COMMON ORDER The plaintiffs in O.S.No.467 of 2014, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli, have filed the present revision petitions, seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.Nos.9 & 10 of 2024. 2.A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suits had been filed for the relief of permanent injunction not to evict unless by due process of law. 3.Pending suits, the plaintiffs had obtained interim orders and alleging violation of the interim orders, the plaintiffs had filed I.A.Nos.9 & 10 of 2024, to strike off the defence of the defendants on the ground that they are yet to be purged out of the contempt. In these two applications, the defendants have been set ex-parte on 03.12.2024. So far, the defendants have not filed any application to set aside the ex-parte order.

In such circumstances, the present revision petitions have been filed for expeditious disposal of I.A.Nos.9 and 10 of 2024. 4.The learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners/plaintiffs, on instructions, submits that in case, if the defendants file any application for setting aside the ex-parte orders in E.A.Nos.9 and 10 of 2024, the plaintiffs would not have any objection for allowing the said applications.

5.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos.9 and 10 of 2024, on or before 30.06.2025. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 30.11.2025. 6.With the above said directions, these Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
