This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to not to harass the petitioner by insisting him to hand over the possession of the house property to his rival claimant.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that neither petition enquiry nor FIR is pending against the petitioner and the presence of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police.
