Prayer in C.R.P(MD)No.2525 of 2024:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under section 115 of the Civil Procedure Code, to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 03.01.2024 passed in I.A.No.25 of 2023 in O.S.No.77 of 2021 and allow this Civil Revision Petition. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. A. Senthilkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

The present application has been filed seeking extension of time to deposit the amount as directed by this Court in C.R.P(MD) No.2525 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024.

2. A perusal of the order passed by this Court reveals that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of O.S.No.77 of 2021 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, order copy reached the trial Court only on 17.02.2025. The trial Court has orally refused to accept the payment made by the revision petitioner. Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking extension of time.
