ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC., r/w 3 and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, in Crime No. Not Known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that as on date, FIR has not been registered, but a direction has been received from the jurisdictional Magistrate for registering the FIR for the above said offences. It is further submitted that there is no previous case registered against the petitioner.

4. Considering the above said aspects, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
