2.The petitioner's case is that he had carried out certain civil contract works for the respondent Corporation. However, his bills are yet to be settled. Therefore, the petitioner gave a representation on several dates. One such representation is dated 10.01.2019.

3.The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
