ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.311 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025.

2. Mr.B.Santhanam Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 1/3

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.311 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
