ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.09.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry, both parties gave statement that since the civil cases are pending they will abide the judgment passed by the civil court and thereafter, the complaint has been closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) and placing the copy of the closure report produced by him, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
