Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned event on 12.04.2020 and 13.04.2020. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 20.02.2020.

3.The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings permitting the petitioner to hold the event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions including timings and other norms for ensuring smooth and peaceful conduct of the event.
