This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a criminal case against the accused based on the complaint dated 11.03.2016 preferred by the petitioner and to take action against the accused in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed.
