The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. It is represented that the petitioner's earlier complaint has culminated into a charge sheet and yet to be filed before the appropriate forum.

3. The Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is over and that they are preparing to file the charge sheet and therefore, the question of harassment does not arise and there is no harassment at all, as contended by the petitioners.
